Introduction
A coastal area north of the Western region is renowned as the headquarters of the Cobalt Ribbon Gang, a notorious criminal organization that holds sway over the shores of The Verve. Harrow Ledge provides a connection between Brim of Abarat, Little Slip, and Travellers' Meadow. Additionally, one can also reach Bat Saha via ship by completing a mechanical endeavour.
