It should be a small thing for you to get close enough to him and locate and steal any notes on our gang that you can find. Lore
From Kalhna Sy's own actions and the words of her father/grandfather Hakham Sy, it is clear the Kalhna is a different sort of Cobalt Ribbon leader than those who came before her and those who might be striving to replace her.
Although Kalhna is clearly clever and unscrupulous, she also seems to be more interested in nonviolent smuggling rather than ruthless violence. Kalhna Sy comes from a family with a long history of leading the Cobalt Ribbon Gang, although it seems that she has greater empathy, something her ancestors regard as a failing, but it is clear that some of the Cobalt Ribbon associates regard the Cobalt Ribbon's more moderate approach to crime an asset rather than a liability.
That said, it seems that Kalhna aspires to challenge the Double Shadow Gang in Kasa in some way.

The Umber Deer are a strange bunch. Not very violent when they take stuff, that's something I can respect. But I've never seen them at the Night Market or other fence locations. If they don't trade the things they steal, then what do they do with it all? Hoard it like a wyrm?
