Herald of The Sleeper

Behavior
The Herald is a stationary ghostly figure next to an incense. Without a certain object, it will not be interactable. Using Unveil will prompt a verbal greeting from the Herald.
Locations
- Located in a hidden alcove in Harrow Ledge near the connection to Little Slip.

The Herald is one possible conclusion of the Deliver Cobalt-glazed tile shards Quest

Lore
As per their title, they are the herald of The Sleeper, an entity known to to house terrors within and on the waters of The Verve. With the construction of The Warding Light, the Sleeper went into a slumber.[1]
I've heard mention of a supernatural being called 'The Sleeper' who communicates to its growing number of followers through someone called 'The Herald'. It appears to be connected to some kind of cult older than The Elden
