Mix together minced meat, sesame oil, pepper and sugar. Roll out dough into small circles and place a dollop of the meat mixture onto each circle. Be mindful to add the meat with haste lest the dough becomes too dry to work with.
Drizzle a pinch of chopped spring onions over each dough circle and pinch the dough circles closed into small buns. Paint each bun with egg and add some sesame seeds on top.
Bake in an oven until the buns all turn a golden umber. Best enjoyed with a sweet and spicy sauce.
