Myr has a long and storied history, especially in regards to the fishing industry and their historic lighthouse.

Myr is a prominent port city located on the shores of The Verve in the Braided Shore. Ferries frequent the harbour and provide the primary means of transportation across the waters to the island of Bat Saha and the eastern reaches of the Braided Shore beyond.

Travelers exploring the shores around Myr may also find abandoned boats in various states of disrepair. These boats can be fixed up by means of Endeavours through cooperation with other players. Once repaired, the boats can be used for adventurous travelers to seek out coasts and islands off the beaten path.
