The stone appears to cover something. Only with brute strength can the stone be turned over.
Stone is a loot container that can be opened with a physical endeavour check (2-5). Inside, there are 8 slots where items are stored.
Each container holds Trade Goods, although the quality and quantity of items are variable.
If the endeavour check is successful, the container is renamed to Overturned Stone, and any remaining contents on the ground will disappear once all the loot has been taken.
