Char Cape Passage is located in a breathtaking natural setting, with its grand Bridge serving as the focal point that spans a vast chasm in the terrain, featuring meters-high cliffs and a river deep below.
The Great Char Cape Bridge was raised by the Woodshaper's, Hand's and Crafter's Unions' in the prosperous era of Halzhaan III. This monumental bridge serves as the essential link that overcomes the division of the land, providing vital passage for trains along its tracks and pedestrian crossing as well.
The Bridge Sentry's observation post is not a watchtower but rather a house known as the Train Warden's House. Positioned near the edge of the chasm, at a considerable distance from the bridge, this location provides a strategic vantage point. From here, the train warden meticulously observes the constant flow of trains and travelers crossing the bridge, ensuring seamless operations. Brightly colored signals are utilized to communicate with the trains, with red denoting delays, blue indicating early arrivals, and green signifying special celebrations.
In contrast, the Station Master, despite the title, is alone and abandoned near a disabled train stop. The closure of the station is due to ongoing investigations related to the Kasa's Incident. This solitary guardian of the train stop, amidst the melancholy that envelops the closed station, finds solace in an unusual pastime: nurturing the flowers that grow in this forgotten place.
The Bridge Sentry has connections to the Kasa's Incident Quest.

My great uncle used to be the Rail Warden at Char Cape Passage! Elim said he was a very big grump.
