Its char-frayed appearance might be unappetising, but the Braided Shore inkcap makes for a delicious snack as long as it is not consumed in combination with alcohol - inkcap and alcohol mixes into a poison which causes a head-splitting migraine. If dried and powdered, the cap of the mushroom can be used to produce a moss-smelling char-cobalt ink.
