We age our normal selection of ciders for around three months, that gives our jugs the time to ferment and become ready to be enjoyed by all the lovely residents of the Braided Shore. For a select jugs however, where the quality not only align to our requirements but exceed them, we let rest for up to an additional three months. This additional aging process gives the cider an even stronger flavour and aroma only suited for the most discerning of customers.
