Brew Master is an NPC and a randomly occurring event found in Bat Saha, Crossings, Little Slip, and Myr at any time of day. Also known as Hipsti, this character can be found in Teahouses. Originally hailing from New Foundry, the Brew Master is currently traveling through the West. While New Foundry is recognized for its technological advancements, Hipsti favors a more traditional, analogue approach to fermentation.
