This is a straightforward delivery quest which results in Knot of thankful wishes from recipients.

The Quest
1) Starting the quest
Speak with Post Master Rivenu in Kasa in front of the Kasa Post office. They will give you one of several envelopes which are addressed to residents of other areas of the world. The letter that Rivenu offers you changes with every day of the week.

Lon! I have been waiting for another envelope to come. I have been talking with a group who are very learned of the foes of my past. They are always very eager to share what they know. I am un-sad to norrin them again.
b) Dakst Barka
- Dakst Barka is not currently in the game, but you can give Envelope Tied with a Shoestring to the Barka House Caretaker to keep for her.
Hello Traveller. You have an envelope for my Mistress? That is fantastic news! We have not received any mail for quite some time. Thank you. I will relay it to my mistress once she returns.
c)Kasparson
- Deliver the Envelope with a briny smell to Foreign Pet Shop Owner
Good day...Or night or evening. I can never quite tell in this land. Your sunrises and sunsets arrive at different times than I am used to. Hm? An envelope for me? How unexpectantly exciting! I shall put reading this at the forefront of my agenda!
d) Tar Mak
- Deliver the Frosting-leaking Envelope to Tar Mak
Huh? An envelope for me? I am not supposed to accept items from outside. But that envelope does smell good...Aha! A cloudberry tart! My favourite! Munch munch Yeowch! What's this? What kind of villain would hide a file inside a tart?! I think I chipped a tooth...
e) Prisim
- Deliver the Noxiously Perfumed Envelope to Prisim the Sculptor
Sniff sniff Oh dear. That smell. It's another commission isn't it? sigh I can only make so many busts of one woman before my artists mind turn to manure from the monotony! But it does pay the bills... Very well, I shall make her one more bust. But that's it!
f) Omin
- Deliver Envelope with a sweet scent is delivered to the Omin (NPC) in the Omin Ring event in Charwood Forest (despite the flavour text in the item description of the envelope about dropping it, you cannot actually do that)
g) Efan
Ah! It finally arrived. I ordered this ages ago. You and the Post Service must have their hands full, huh. Don't get me wrong. I am very grateful for your delivery. Without it I would have had to travel to Rivenleaf and back just to borrow a single knot-weave.
h) Chief Customs Warden
- Deliver the Frosting-leaking Envelope to the Chief Customs Warden during the day. They will not accept the Envelope at night.
An envelope for the prisoner? Good thing you brought it to me, Wanderer. Those underhanded bandits and smugglers are more clever than we realize.
