Post Master Rivenu is a resident of Kasa, who wants to make sure that mail is still delivered despite the Kasa's Incident and resulting lockdown preventing them from leaving the city.

- This NPC is involved in the Deliver the Weekly missive quest.
Dialogue
You have the scent of a far flewn bird. And Folk still need their post delivered. I will not ask any questions as to how you got into the city. Please, if you do venture outside, take an envelope with you. The address ribbons should already be tied into a name and location. Now in my old age I do this job for no compensations, you are welcome to anything the recipient gives you in return.
