This Rock Omin NPC only appears during the Omin Ring event.
Behavior
Unique to all other Omin, this omin is the only omin you can interact with.
During the Omin Ring event, this NPC will stand in the middle of a ring of rock Omins in Charwood Forest, Hov Aradom. When you get close to the ring, the other omins will flee except for this NPC.
Quests
The Omin is one of the possible branches of the Deliver the Mail quest.
Endeavours
If you pass a +2 
endeavour, the Omin will speak to you.
