An ayu variant much smaller and rarer than its cousin. It's small size has made it a popular bait fish among fisherfolk. Archeological evidence suggest that these fish were once common in the waters around Braided Shore but has since become next to extinct. The cause of this extinction event is unknown but professors at the Rivenleaf university theorize that the fish may have been a Varhim delicacy which lead to overfishing. If this is the case, it could teach a valuable lesson about restraint to the fisherfolk of today.

Cedar-pink ayu can be used as bait for fishing.
