Weapon proficiency is a passive skill. Once the skill is memorized, it takes effect automatically until the skill is unmemorized.
Item Description
This blade-master's treatise teaches its student how to focus their strength at the point of impact when attacking in combat. Once fully grasped, the student will be able to fully utilize a weapon's Force.
