There are multiiple NPCs who all have the same name and so they will be treated as a group on this page. They are a Mugger and travel in groups of 2-3. They will demand 5% of the total trade value of your inventory.

- West Wind Shores at night and during the day.
Drop
They drop 1 item.
Walk By Dialogue
When they first mug you:
Hold up, wanderer. I think you owe me and my fellow Wardens some reward for keeping you safe.
If you refuse to pay them:
Bad move, friend. We're getting your goodies one way or the other.
