Behavior
The Skulking Bandits travel in groups of 4 during the dusk or at night. They are a Mugger. They will demand 20% of the total trade value of your inventory.

- Alken Rock Coast by the connection to Crossings at night.
- Charwood Forest at dusk and during the day.
- The Jade Urn during the day.
