The wanderer says nothing, but smiles at you. They make gestures with their hands, but you cannot determine what they mean. Perhaps the wanderer is in need of aid?
If you speak to them after completing their endeavour
The wanderer smiles, and gestures to you in a way you know means "Good day". You give them the same gesture in return.
