Ninian Turikett appears in a house on the north side of Bat Saha during the day during the weekday (not on weekends). He is labelled Anxious Father before you speak to him. He is a key figure in the Omin's Pebble quest.

First time speaking with Ninian Khelim! You startled me. I thought you might have been one of my precious pebbles returning to me. You see, my chest of Omin Pebbles has gone missing! Did my pebbles suddenly become cross with me? I don't know what I could have done to displease them. Oh… my little Lyre, she will be so dissapointed…

Please Khelim, here. You may have one of my pebbles. If you hold on to it and cherish it, it will surely do the same for you.
After completing the Omin's Pebble Quest The Khelim with the sharp eyes! What can I do for you today? You might not have guessed it but I am in fact a merchant by trade. I typically deal in any rare mechanical marvels that pass through Bat Saha. A fascination that remains that sole inheritance from my time in New Foundry and the cold mechanical creature who calls herself my mother… *Shudder* But do not let me blabber on! Please have a look at my wares!
