Introduction
The Cellar is an Outmark with two exits. It consists of two separate rooms linked by a door icon. One room exits to The Burnings, the other exits to Kasa.
The room with an exit to The Burnings is a small dark space with a wooden ladder leading outside to a structure behind the Skald's Retreat. The room with an exit to Kasa is larger and is lit by lanterns, with stone steps leading outside to the Old Kasa Graveyard.

Lore
The Ghostly Skald implies that the Cellar passage into Kasa was originally Ilmana Halzhaan's so that she could attend Skald Union parties and still show up to court.
