Wanderers
If you could only see, what we have seen...
There are two NPCs called Wanderer. They travel together and picnic along the Western Harvest Route by the road.
A third NPC, also called Wanderer, travels along the road by Myr and Kuro Orchard. They do not have any unique dialogue.
Behavior
They rave about a beautiful city. Whether this is Kasa or another city not yet known is still unclear. They can appear at any time of day.

The Wanderers appears near roads.

If you could have seen it, Khelim! A city with spires taller than trees! Airships crossing the sky...Delicious dishes sparkling of fire and ice...Glass carriages travelling, silent as whispers through the earth...
Had you been with us, Khelim...Surely you also would consider that city to exist outside of common time and space...Its many coloured banners of free floating lights...The mighty land striders crossing a street with each step...Pavements of glittering crystal...Bath chambers engulfed in vanilla scented steam...
