They spawn at a fixed location just outside the cove. This NPC is friendly.

endeavour, they give you a Vial of concentrated Lilith's Cinnabar Brew

The Scheming Pirate belongs to a group of pirates who are the enemies of the Tabac Toe Gang. They have been tasked with retrieving an item under impossible circumstances and wonder if they will be able to get it back.

| If you speak to the Scheming Pirate for the first time. | Wanderer, Winds' Blessing! The Tabac Toe gang has occupied the cove ahead! We had to kedge our ship to safety and in the scuffle, I lost one of my captain's belongings. The Locked captain's case now rests somewhere in the cove among the bandits loot. The problem is, it would take an army, or someone sneaky as a midnight eel to retrieve it. What do you say to giving it a try? I have a fine piece of treasure put by to offer you in return. What do you say? Will you try? |
