Being a Tempest Kettem, they are much bigger and more defined, and are conscious enough to be able to speak.
Behavior
Unlike normal Kettem, they are not hostile at sight. In fact you can speak with them, and they will only be aggressive if you initiate combat.

They are a rare spawn that only comes at night in the Sokorahm Wind Delta in West Wind Shores

Dialogue
Despite being born of the Winds of the North and West, they are very prone to destruction and live up to their grand title of the "Great Northwestern tempest". It can be assumed that it not being aggressive on sight could be a consequence of their Northern Wind affinity, famous for its cerebral, calm, and mindful qualities.

Watch out, Wanderer! I hope that half-Wind monstrosity won't be able to pass my barrier...
