Northwestern Tempest is an NPC found in West Wind Shores, Sokorahm Wind Delta, during the Northwest Halfwind event. Northwestern Tempest is significantly larger than a typical Kettem, but unlike them, it is sentient and capable of speech. In fact, you can speak with them, and they will only be aggressive if you initiate combat.

Despite being born of the Winds of the North and West, they are very prone to destruction and live up to their grand title of the "Great Northwestern tempest". It can be assumed that it not being aggressive on sight could be a consequence of their Northern Wind affinity, famous for its cerebral, calm, and mindful qualities.
