Milomak Gathering

The Milomak Gathering group happens at dawn by the Milomak Weavery. It may be related to the Milomak Worker event at the Crossings teahouse every night. This is supported by the dialogue "Will I see you in the Teahouse later?" However, the Milomak Worker event has three characters who can be interacted with. The Milomak Gathering features four NPCs who cannot be interacted with.
