Issa Halzhaan
Issa Halzhaan was the first monarch and founder of the Halzhaan Dynasty. Her successor was her daughter Ilmana Halzhaan. Her consort and any other details of her origin are currently unknown. The Halzhaan Dynasty ruled from their capital in Kasa.
Issa Halzhaan came to power after she and the Twilit Knight Bodraan defeated the Frost Hag and ended the Cobalt Eclipse. Halzhaan I presided over a number of tumultuous events in Braided Shore history but eventually the various Third Age kingdoms of Braided Shore either were conquered or pledged their loyalty to Issa Halzhaan.[1] Some of these events include The Kasa Massacre, the Lords War, the revolt of the western merchant princes. She also oversaw the mining of alken rock from the Alken Rock Coast.[2]
