The Halzhaan Expedition Member is a ghost in The Underbelly.

Halzhaan Expedition Member is a Ghost and will not be visible or interactable to the player unless you have a means of Seeing the dead.

Unlike other ghosts, ghosts in The Underbelly require you to have the Ghost Smoke status to speak with you.

This ghost is an important NPC in the Soaked Memories quest.

When you speak to the Halzhaan Expedition Member with the Ghost Smoke status effect	If I'd only worn a protective garment as my fellows urged...I must confess I did not believe this place even existed...I joined the Halzhaan expedition only to win favour with the court...What wonders I could have presented to Her Majesty had I truly believed...To lose my life, toasted to a crisp in this desiccation chamber...I blame my stunted imagination for not conceiving of a chemical apparatus of this size...Proof that imagination is a requirement for a visionary scholar...Speaking of which, my learnings from investigating this place fade from my memory quicker than when I was alive. Is it possible a ghost is unable to make new memories? I have tried to keep memory strings to aid my memory, but alas...Here, look...They are dry and empty, like shriveled husks of nothingness...Such fascinating halls and passageways that surround us...All my evidence points towards the structure being of Elden origin. Some kind of alchemical facility...If only I could remember all that I have learned.
