The Quest
1) Starting the quest
Speak to the Ghostly helpful Conductor. They will give you hints.
Another ghost on their way to the tavern in Little Slip? I would try as well but passage was never my strong suit.
2) A Dandelion for a dandelion
Speak to the The Gambling Sefra. They ask you to bring them a dandelion.
Why... What have we here..? A delicious stranger at the table of the Cloud? A stranger who has recently suffered divorce from their body no less. While I think you Khelim take too much stock in your soil stompers, I would not mind returning you to yours...for a bet. A dandelion for a Dandelion? What do you say? If you do not know where the flowers of your kind blooms then seek an island temple to the east. One perk of being incorporeal is riding the ferries without being spotted. We do it all the time...
3) Passage
Bring a dandelion to the Gambling Sefra. If it is not in your inventory, you can pick it not only on the Dandelion Temple island in Bat Saha. Win the Sefra in the passage.
