Crafting the Robe of Crying Winds Quest

This quest requires gathering three fairly rare materials and bringing them to a character.

I am the Artificer of enchanted garments. I can construct a magic robe for you if you bring me any good-quality leather cloak, a piece of rare jewelry and an ancient poem Knot

Note: despite the wording of the request, how the game determines which cloaks will be accepted is quite unclear. Some cloaks are not accepted despite being both good quality and made of leather.

Return to Seia with all of the materials and exchange them for your reward.

If you have a Robe of Crying Winds in your bag, it can be used in by the artisan to complete the quest.
