The rough weatherworn area of Mist Ridge lies a bit off the edge of the Leaving. On first glance, most assume the Marble Mist Peninsula to be an archipelago, however its islands are in fact connected and, during low tide, travellers may walk between them in the shallows. Mist Ridge is inhospitable but remains the last of the islands to be uninhabited by thieves, beasts, and Selka. As such, it has become home to a small village of mussel catchers that brave the shallows for food.
