First Council Scholar

The First Council Scholar stands in a beam of illumination in The Underbelly.

First Council Scholar is a Ghost and will not be visible or interactable to the player unless you have a means of Seeing the dead.

They can only be interacted with if you have a Ghost Smoke status effect.

When you speak to the First Council Scholar with	Look around you mortal...I believe this part once was used by the ancient giants to perform ebullition. See the many layers of discoloration on the remaining surface stones?...Traces of fermentation, I'd bet my life on it...Should I have not lost it drowning in the flood we caused as we broke the gates to this chamber. I'm aware there are other non-survivors trapped down here in the dark. None of my scholarly colleagues who joined me in the descent to this place appear to be present, however. A part of me suspects that this place chooses its captives. I have seen others haunt these chambers...Judging from their mannerisms and dress I believe they are spirits trapped down here before and after my time. I was part of a group of scholars sent down here by the first ruling council. I wonder what era you belong to mortal. And what the future looks like.
