A rare and sought-after sample of Selka sand, a grain dissimilar to the sands of Braided Shore as it can be heated into glass. Without their monopoly on glass, the Selka would lose one of their biggest trade advantages. As such, the Golden Ledger forbids any raw sand to be exported from the Selka lands.
