Witch Queen Svetana was born in a Wind-silent place and was not graced with a patron Wind. As the girl grew older she began consorting with malicious spirits from the Sea of Despair. The drowned spirits there granted her eldritch powers to carve out a windless kingdom for herself. Legend has it that at the top of her power and influence, the spirits returned and sunk her kingdom whole, driving the witch into deep fear and regret before her end. Now all that remains of her dark kingdom is an old graveyard, with a field of char-blush mushrooms as its headstone.
