Once there was a blind old man who fell through the mirror of a pond. As he landed on the other side his eyes could suddenly see, and he saw the world through the mirror surface of the pond. The side which he was on now was shrouded in a ruddy darkness - a darkness much like the blind world in which he had once lived out the best part of his days. Staring out of the lake at the sky and the world, he soon realised the magnitude of the sights that had passed him by in life. And then he wept.
