Soa Thenn became a Strange Wolf. You can meet him in Charwood Forest or Alken Rock Coast.

I don't think that there is enough evidence to definitively confirm that the Strange Wolf is the same person as Soa Thenn but I think that there is clearly a compelling reason to connect the information on the Wolf meat page with the Strange Wolf Page.
