It appears this quest is currently bugged, after completing the quest I received the dialog: 'Any news, Khelim? Oh, you found him? And he will visit me soon? Truly? That's amazing news, friend! I can't begin to thank you! You've more than earned your rewards. Here, take this. I used to be quite the warrior, believe it or not. But now this armour does nothing more than gather dust in my house. It would be a lot more useful in your possession. Thank you again, friend!' but did not receive 'Old Mercenary Armour'.
