A luxury item produced by the peacock, or jade quail as its sometimes called, (not to be confused with the jade-bird). Peacocks aren't commonly found in the wild, instead more often found sleeping in New Foundry parks, strutting between trees in the orchards of Osso-by-the-Canal, or disturbing Rivenleaf students with their loud honking call.
