The Goatherd can sometimes be found between the Sefra's Shrine and the connection to Kuro Orchard in Myr during the day.

Hello there, Wanderer.Let me welcome you to Myr, if no one has done so already. I come here most days...Plenty of clover hidden in the grass here on the South side of the village...My goats just can't get their fill of it! Just look how happy they are, the little rascals!
