When you speak to Elder Madi Hello dear. My name is Madi but most folk around here call me Elder. Haha, no it's not because I'm some sort of leader. I leave that to the Councils. I'm just old. I'm no healer either. Not in the way the learned from Rivenleaf are. With their tonics and tinctures. I am more of a soother of souls. Even if one's body is healthy, one's lifewind can be ragged and thin. Hidden ills from outside sight yet heavy all the same. Some folk need an ear, others a kind tongue. A small kindness or gentle advice. Now during such uncertain times as these there are many with hurts in their hearts. I would talk to them one by one if I could, yet I am just one old lady...

After you have successfully completed the Solemn City Dweller's Endeavour, Elder Madi says It touches me that you would take after my example dear. Words can't always cure, but sometimes they can salve. I think that should be rewarded, don't you? Sweet deeds herald sweet treats as my mother used to say.
