Deep sulphur cheese

Did you know that the hue of the cheese is directly correlated to what region the cheese comes from? Deep sulphur cheeses as an example, comes from the livestock that grazes here in the mainland around New Foundry. My leading theory is that the colour has to do with the type of grass that the livestock consume when they are producing the milk that is later made into cheese.
