Crafting the Sharp crossing crescent

This quest requires gathering three fairly rare materials and bringing them to a character.

"I am an artificer of enchanted crescents. I can construct a most formidable blade for you, if you bring me a nice sword, a drop of woots and a Knot from a time of war."

What the Sword Specialist means is: Any Good Quality or higher sword
