"I am an artificer of enchanted crescents. I can construct a most formidable blade for you, if you bring me a nice sword, a drop of woots and a Knot from a time of war."

What the Sword Specialist means is: Any Good Quality or higher sword

Note: despite the wording of the request, what the Sword Specialist will accept is very unclear.
