Okay thanks - for now, this is an exception in-game, and we don't know what MaD have planned for the skill in future. It is labelled as a North Wind skill in game, and does have a skill card image which I've asked Willows to retrieve when they're back. I think we just need to make this information clear on the page? Either under Miscellaneous, or have some sort of disclaimer such as Note - this skill is currently only available through use of a tea location in Myrt and cannot currently be learnt by players. above the item description?
