Deliver the Willow nuts quest

This quest involves gathering some objects and returning them to the same NPC.

1) Starting the quest
Talk to the Mill Worker in Kuro Orchard
"Hello wanderer! I am the woodsmith responsible for keeping the water wheel in operation. As most of its moving parts are made of wood, and water propels the machine, the mill requires constant tending to keep it from unnecessary wear and water damage. I have discovered an oil, based on Willow nuts and resin that both protects and lubricates the hardwood parts of the mill's machinery. The Willow nuts in this region are larger than anywhere I know of, and can be found along the riverbeds. If you ever find a handful of Willow Nuts, I will happily trade them with you."
2) Find Willow nuts
Willow nuts can be found in Tufts of grass near the riverbank in Kuro Orchard gather at least 4
3) Return for your reward
Return multiples of 4 to the Mill worker.
This quest can be repeated.
