Why pay more for less?
Located in Bat Saha in the "Sundries and General Goods" store near Sah Port.
The Thrifty Shop Keep always sells two basic survival skills and a rotating inventory of Poor and Good quality equipment and Poor to Exceptional level trade goods of various types.
They sell 28 items at a time.
Not all of these items appear at once and goes through a rotation.
Busy day, Sehm...? Just imagine how the Coroner's suspension of traffic has made it difficult for me to get fresh goods... I've been using local fishermen to run my errands in the past, but now... There are some unsavoury types sneaking around trying to scare off the local boaters... Also I have seen signs of more shady characters profiteering on banned goods lately... I would not be surprised if the Councils sent wardens to Bat Saha soon... That would be the last straw for the culture of this "the free city of The Verve"...
