Tabac Toe's Coastal Occupation is a randomly occurring event found in Crescent Link, Arch of the Night Trader, at any time of day.
During this event, you will encounter the Scheming Pirate on a small island near the Arch of the Night Trader. The pirate seeks assistance in retrieving a Locked Captain's Case from a cave, fearing the Tabac Toe Gang. Returning the case to the pirate rewards you with Warden Tesan's headguard.
