The Quest
1) Getting hint of the quest
Talk to Zaskia Aël in Bat Saha in the graveyard at night. They ask you for help with their forbidden experiment and ask you to bring them a sword and an item made of bone.
2) Crafting a blade
Once you have found them you can give them to Zaskia in exchange for a reward. Note that an existing Bonebound Blade will meet the requirements, so you can always exchange one blade for another just by supplying a different bone item.

Reward
Warning
If you have a Bonebound blade in your bag, it can be used in by Zaskia Aël to complete the quest. To prevent this, put items that you do not wish to use in crafting in a pocket while you complete step 2.

There are some bone based items that Zaskia will not accept.
