The Customer can be found frequently, but not always, in the Crafters' Pavilion in Crossings. They have a random assortment of lore about important items to the various Artificers' Quests.

This may refer to a location of the Ancient poem knot, required in the Crafting the Robe of Crying Winds Quest	I heard someone found an ancient poem Knot in some secluded ruins...I wouldn't dare go looking near one of those ruins though. I hear they can be haunted!
This may refer to the Ancient poem knot required in the Crafting the Robe of Crying Winds Quest	Did you know that the ancient poem Knot can stir such emotion that even the Winds cry. No wonder you can craft such a special robe with it!
This may refer to the Delicate spidersilk kilim required for the Crafting the Elegant silk backpack Quest	I spent most of my savings on some delightful jewelry...But I wish I could afford the gorgeous silks the Selka who visit Bat Saha sometimes bring for trading.
Referring to a Chunk of jade, required for the Crafting the Sturdy jade-tipped cane Quest	Jade is a signature mineral from our Western lands...Although it's fairly abundant in the region, it is rare to find it in larger chunks.
Referring to a Knot from a time of war, required for the Crafting the Sharp crossing crescent quest	It is rumoured that the mythical temple to the Southwest once was the scene of a temporal war...I don't really know what that means...But I wonder if a Knot from a time of war could be found there?
