Behavior
The Campaigning Mystic's presence in cities causes NPCs within it to speak unique dialogue relating to him. Because of this certain NPCs are not able to provide important dialogue and quests.
Do you believe that Mystic and his 'moving image' of a city at the bottom of the sea?
Did you see that 'city under the ocean,' that the travelling Mystic is presenting?
I wonder if it's some kind of trick?

What secrets may this hitherto unheard of civilisation one day reveal to us? If my projection moves you, I ask only that you leave some small donation towards my up-and-coming expedition to this The City Under the Sea! | If you speak to the Campaigning Mystic the second time. | Ah yes...It may surprise you that this whole spectacle is a product of an accident, carefully calibrated by myself into this Window into the deep. It all started with an intention to explore the art of Crossings' Crafting Pavilion artificers, combined with my curiosity of the newly discovered science of the heavenly bodies. From a trio of mystic items I had procured at great cost, I attempted to constuct a glass that I might scry the motions of the stars and planets above us. As I began the attempt of fusing the first two objects; a Seafoam Crystal Ball and a Foreign Finding Road of the Eagle Eye, all of a sudden, a murky apparition appeared before me. As I tinkered about with my device, the apparition appeared to pan around hither and thither in the dark oceanic nothingness. That's when I discovered the dome. After some botched attempts, I managed to calibrate my device to focus on the city in all its alien glory! Since the day of my discovery I have travelled Braided Shore displaying my find...My dream is to one day have the funds to form an expedition to this remarkable underwater city. |
