Battling bakers
This quest is NOT REPEATABLE and can only be completed ONCE.

The Quest
1) Starting the quest
Speak to either Hari or Arpig to start this quest. The two bakers fiercely dislike each other but have the same desperate need for a Bag of wheat flour.
2) Hari's appeal
Khelim please help me. This smelly sod has been harassing me for days and The Wardens are too busy with the lockdown to chase him away. He's frustrated at the lack of imports. But so are we all! I don't have any more flour than he, or anyone else in Kasa has. Unless...you might have some secret ways...
3) Arpig's appeal
This baker here. I know that they are hoarding flour! Indubitably they must have had some inside source that let them know that the lockdown was happening! Now they are baking only for the wealthy! They've got the Wardens in their pocket! That's why they're not cracking down on him!
4) Choose your baker
Bag of wheat flour can be purchased from a number of merchants outside of Kasa. After you have purchased a Bag of wheat flour, you must decide whether to give it to Hari or Arpig.
5a) Hari
If you choose Hari, they will say:
"Khelim! You are truly Windsent! With this I should be able to feed the folk something other than those stale loaves The Wardens are providing.I would be honoured to count you as my first new customer. Have a look!
Hari becomes a vendor after this. (It appears that making either choice will unlock both Bakers as vendors.)
5b) Arpig
If you choose Arpig, they will say:
I am back in business. Take that Hari! You arrogant cur. Khelim, for your services rendered I would be delighted to bake for you. Just breathe in the scent of my freshly baked goods!
Arpig becomes a vendor after this. (It appears that making either choice will unlock both Bakers as vendors.)
This quest cannot be repeated.
