Aspiring Bandits

Aspiring Bandits appear in groups of two throughout the more dangerous areas of the Braided Shore. They are Mugger NPCs. They ask for 10% of the total trade value of your inventory. If you resist, they will attack, expressing the hope that the Tabac Toe Gang will accept them as part of the gang if their robbery is successful and possibly violent.
